Debt is a legal liability or obligation to repay money owed to a person or organisation (creditor). It includes, but is not limited to, credit cards, loans, overdrafts, and arrears on essential household bills like rent, council tax, and utilities.

We will endeavour to call you back as soon as possible. However, during times of high demand for debt advice, this could take several weeks.
