Partner Referral Form

Welcome to Stockton & District Advice & Information Service (SDAIS). We are a free, confidential, and impartial advice service supporting people across the Stockton‑on‑Tees borough.

This form is for partner organisations to refer clients to SDAIS for advice and support. Please ensure you have the client’s informed consent before completing this referral.

Once we receive a completed referral, we aim to contact the client within three working days. If the client does not live within the Stockton area, they can find details of their nearest Citizens Advice service at www.citizensadvice.org.uk.

We will make up to three attempts to contact the client by telephone. Calls are made using a VOIP system, meaning the number cannot be called back.
